Does Chrome have a "Work Offline" option? -


i'm trying test out fallback page in html5 cache manifest. i'd rather not have disconnect internet in order it. i've heard doesn't work quite right in chrome, need test specifically. chrome have ability work offline? i've searched through settings , available extensions, , can't find anything.

it looks chrome has feature via chrome developer tools (ctrl-shift-i). click on "device mode" icon @ top-left. now, device , network bandwidth , latency (or offline) can simulated using dropdowns @ top of screen:

note: of apr 2015, unfortunately not affect websocket connections, continue operate regardless of network setting. see https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=423246.

Why does Ruby on Rails generate add a blank line to the end of a file? -
