microcontroller - Which model of arduino to use for a solenoid based output project? -


i software developer no prior experience in embedded programming & electronics. have build project requires microcontrollers inclusion.

the task kind of(example) need generate morse code pulses output through solenoid in form of vibrations. use c/c++ coding language. made search & found arduino more suitable task exposure field.

i grateful if guys please comment on suitablility of task. & refer model of arduino should use. thinking use 8-bit variant of arduinio.
