google maps - Display Text Label Along a Polyline -


i wondering how 1 might add text outputs along edge of polyline in google maps. can't find documentation on how this, yet have seen done before.

also new google maps ski runs have text affect! example: http://goo.gl/maps/pbokl

currently use markerwithlabel libary add rectangular labels start of polyline. http://google-maps-utility-library-v3.googlecode.com/svn/tags/markerwithlabel/1.1.8/docs/reference.html library doesn't have functionality seek.
