asp.net - Clicking on Add Button , initializing a fieldset in vb.net -

i don't know should go on page behind code onclick="adding" method. when clicking on button "add" want above fieldset generated on form again. how achieve in vb.net? on appreciated.

enclose fieldset in repeater control. bind repeater list. add item list each additional fieldset displayed.
