mkmapview - iOS: Drawing irregularly shaped polygons on map and knowing is user steps into/out of it -


i've worked circles on mkmapview, , know there's way os tell if user has stepped or out of circular zone.

but polygons? can os tell me when user steps or out of polygonal zone (possibly dozen or more sides)? or have make calculations myself?

i know haven't provided code, wanted know if possible before delving deep.
