Control data import from Outlook to CRM2011 - is it possible? -


for now, faced problem of importing contacts outlook crm: field "business phone 2" not transferred. i've created test contact in outlook, defined "business phone 2" 111 22 5555555 , import 1 crm , - number has not been transferred. moreover, set "business phone 2" in crm 222 33 6666666 , change has not been transferred outlook well. suppose field not mapped between outlook contact , crm contact entities @ all. so, i'm interested in handling import process plugin , control process own code. far, can fire plugin on contact create , update, cannot see pre data imported outlook. i'm sure of have faced issue , knows solution or possible approach. possible approach be? thoughts appreciated.
