java - How to understand the ip shown on my system? -


hi have not configured static ip , not connected network. how "169.254.74.143" ip being displayed always. when use "ipconfig" in command prompt not shows ip on system.

actually sending udp packet(java) system , taking ip packet on same system displays above ip. not sure how happening.

your ip address has been automatically configured operating system (i suppose running windows ?)
