oracle - How do I convert these characters to their readable form -


i have columns in oracle database table having �� in them.

how decode it's original readable form.

i know it's related encoding need find solution this.

in php application characters plain '??'.

i using sql developer view records.

you have convert them utf8 current encoding. or vice versa.
