Email on BlackBerry displaying neither HTML nor Text version -


has encountered issue on blackberry bold (and possibly other similar models) not displaying provided html nor text version of email?

instead displays own version, along lines of following:

[sent by: "name"]  [email@address.com]  <<image 1>>[link:http://urlhere.com/img.gif] text email  <<image 2>>[link:http://urlhere.com/img.gif]
  • yes, html enabled
  • yes, receive other html emails

the particular email working on, , sadly cannot share code, responsive. once remove snippet of code makes responsive, email display properly. here css in question: http://jsfiddle.net/kjgg5/1/

however, have sent other responsive emails exact same blackberry , have worked.

apologies lack of code, if else has seen issue start.

also, when email forwarded, blank. don't know if related.

so after numerous tests, seems blackberry chokes if html header on size. i'm still not size is, if in future has issue, try trimming down html header size.

update: after testing seems max html header size , email render on blackberry 7.5kb.
