vb.net - ASP.net webapplication hangs for any request -


all,

we have asp.net application hosted in iis7.0. running smoothly more 2 yrs. facing following issue. whenever user perform activity appliaction hangs , did not give response. these activity involves report generation using crystal report tool. analysed db there no call db. restarted application pool , working fine. facing issue. please provide solution.
