the short answer is: can't.

you can tweak axis scaling, padding, , tick positions , , possibly want, there no setting accomplish this.

there feature request though, can add votes and/or comments to:

edit: otoh, have mention dual axis charts poor way show data, , invites user make comparisons aren't valid.

while people trying put in 1 chart, multiple charts better solution.
