Create a log for all SQL action in Access -
i'm having problem @ work. in modifying table directly. example in database have school names ets. well, today named polytechnique.
what i'm trying tell did modification either his/her ip address or other way. have no ideas on how proceed.
what beginning of solution let me figure part of . sadly don't have ideas moment.

the short answer is: no. there no way find out modifying tables directly. access not have kind of automatic change logging, , cannot create logging procedures in vba monitor manual changes tables.
one of requirements access front-end trust end-users not open tables , edit data directly.
to prevent in future, here options:
- right click on table hide it. however, user can unhide if know there.
- in access db option called "display navigation option". disabling hide side-bar user can't see tables. however, pressing f11 still display them again. can googled, don't recommend if users motivated.
- store data in sql server , use connection strings (not direct links) retrieve , store information.
- distribute access db via sharepoint. user able access forms specify , have no direct access tables.
- consider software package problems.
